As shown in Figure 5, poorly differentiated HCC demonstrated a significantly higher rate of RPS6KA3, ARAP2 and MMACHC mutations (10% vs. 2%, 6% vs. 0%, 6% vs. 0%; p = 0.031, p = 0.018, p = 0.018, respectively) and a significantly lower rate of PCLO mutations (0% vs. 10%, p = 0.023). Here, RPS6KA3 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
