Among the 16 genes found in non-Asian samples, 7 genes were mapped to three different molecular networks (Table 5). ITGA6, CCL3, and ITGAX were found to be associated with cell death and survival (Figure 1), while ITGB1, ITGAL, and CD226 were mapped to the cellular movement, cancer, and tissue development modules (Figure 2). The gene discussed is CCL3; the disease is cancer.
