CD14 and cancer: Substantial heterogeneities were observed among studies for the association between the CD14 -260C/T polymorphism and cancer risk under all genetic models (dominant model: I2 = 64%, P = 0.0002; recessive model: I2 = 44%, P = 0.003; CT vs. CC: I2 = 62%, P = 0.0004; TT vs. CC: I2 = 61%, P = 0.0005).
