CDH1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In these six studies with 717 patients [16], [17], [19], [23], [25], [26], the combined HR was 1.43 (95% CI = 1.14–1.79, p = 0.002), without heterogeneity between studies (I2 = 15.5%, P = 0.314), indicating that reduced E-cadherin expression had significant impact on survival in patients with stage I NSCLC (Figure 3).
