The RHBDL2 protein levels of the highly invasive breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-231 cells) or cervical cancer cells adapted to grow in suspension cultures (HeLa S3 cells), as revealed by the Western blotting analysis, were increased in a time-dependent manner during 48-hour suspension cultures (Figures 2(a) and 2(b)). Here, RHBDL2 is linked to breast cancer.
