EZH2 is often expressed in NSCLC, and its expression is associated with the early pathogenesis of squamous cell carcinoma and correlates with a more aggressive tumor behavior of lung adenocarcinomas.20 In this study, we demonstrated that knockdown of EZH2 expression could induce NSCLC cell growth arrest and impair cell invasion and metastasis both in vitro and in vivo. The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is neoplasm.
