Furthermore, using the binary logistic regression model we identified that high AEG-1/MTDH expression was associated with a 98.4% probability of accurately distinguishing ovarian carcinomas from nonmalignant tumours, whereas high p50 and p65 expression levels were associated with a probability of accurate distinction of malignant epithelial ovarian tumours from nonmalignant of 95.1% and 96.7%, respectively.
