The possibility of risk occurrence increases in a PIH patient suffering from congestive heart failure.1–3 VEGF, a cytokine on the surface of vascular endothelial cells, macrophages and nurse cells, is involved in vascular formation and reconstruction; VEGF combines with a specific receptor to increase vasopermeability.4–6 VEGF is significant in the maintenance of vascular integrality and normal permeability and has a critical regulatory function in pathological physiology associated with hyperplasia of vascular endothelial cells. Here, VEGFA is linked to congestive heart failure.
