The results are presented as scatter grams in Figure 3.In this study, the mean levels of IgG, IgM and IgA antibodies against 38 F-64 F polyprotein in sera of active TB patients with different courses of anti-TB chemotherapy were shown to be no significant difference when compared with results from the same patients at their first visit to the outpatient clinic without anti-TB chemotherapy (P > 0.05). The gene discussed is CD40LG; the disease is tuberculosis.
