KLK3 and posterior cortical atrophy: Although most PCa present as noninvasive adenocarcinoma, there are cases of aggressive PCa which could metastasize primarily to the bones [3,4], and also lymph nodes, rectum, bladder, lower ureters, etc. To date, the most important clinical prognostic indicators of PCa are pTNM stage, Gleason score and pre-therapy PSA level.
