In previous reports, we and other groups observed that radiolabeled GnRH-II bound to prostate cancer cells through interaction with an approximately 80-kDa protein whose identity was designated as glucose-regulated protein 75 (GRP75) based on liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry [11], [28], [29]. Here, GNRH2 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
