In view of the LASP1-CRKL binding results, we also performed immunocytochemistry staining experiments in K562 and M07p210 CML cells to test for LASP1-CRKL co-localization and potential influence on protein level before and after dephosphorylation under nilotinib treatment. The gene discussed is LASP1; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
