D70, I67, and S1 were also negatively associated with ACPA(+) RA (D70: P = 5.78×10−21, OR 0.39, 95% CI 0.32–0.48; I67: P = 3.66×10−12, OR 0.50, 95% CI 0.42–0.61; S1: P = 2.31×10−8, OR 0.57, 95% CI 0.47–0.70), and the predisposing association was confirmed between SE and ACPA(+) RA (P = 1.16×10−48, OR 4.41, 95% CI 3.59–5.41).
