EGFR and KRAS mutations strongly influence the benefit of treatment with anti-EGFR therapies, such as panitumumab and cetuximab used for treating metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) and tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) used for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)[11-14].
