Among the KRAS (n = 6) and GNAS (n = 3) mutations found in the resected pancreatic tissues of the six IPMN cases, KRAS and GNAS mutations were detected in the pancreatic juice in 66.7% (4/6) and 100% (3/3) of the cases, respectively. Here, GNAS is linked to pancreatic intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasm.
