EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) is a growth-factor-receptor tyrosine kinase which plays a vital role in proliferation, survival, migration, differentiation and metastasis of many tumors such as lung-cancer [2,3], head and neck cancer [4,5], breast cancer [6,7], gastric cancer [8], ovarian cancer [9].
