Immunohistochemical examination of a subcutaneous tumor in the right shoulder tested positive for CK, Hep Par-1, CDX2, and TTF-1, and negative for vimentin, and napsin A. The liver biopsy lesions were positive for CK7, CK18, CDX-2, Hep Par-1, and TTF-1, confirming the histological diagnosis of HCC. Here, NAPSA is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
