CD59 and autoimmune hemolytic anemia: A 2001 study by Weng and Levy found no change in CD55 or CD59 levels measured by flow cytometry in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma following rituximab treatment [9], but this topic warrants further exploration, specifically in AIHA, by testing CD55 and CD59 levels on red blood cells by flow cytometry before and after rituximab treatment.
