After vaccination with 0.25 mg phage Id vaccine, reductions of paraprotein levels were mainly observed during the first three weekly immunizations (patients 3–5), whereas in one patients suffering from IgA MM and treated with 0.25 mg phage vaccines containing light chains, the level of IgA paraprotein decreased 65% during treatment and follow up (patient 2). The gene discussed is CD79A; the disease is Miyoshi myopathy.
