Additionally, the gene NFATC3 was identified as being significantly upregulated in NHL cases with LOH of PTPRJ. Interestingly, LOH of NFATC3 was identified to be very common across FL and DLBCL cases and copy-neutral events were found to be the driving cause of LOH of NFATC3 in these cases, based on the previously described high resolution LOH approach in these NHL cases [8]. This evidence concerns the gene NFATC3 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
