In breast carcinoma, we showed the recurrent upregulation of the CBX2, CNTNAP2, S100A8, UBE2C, and WHSC1L1 genes as well as downregulation of the AZGP1, BTG2, DNALI1, LOC389033, NME5, PIP, SCUBE2, SERPINA11, STC2, STK32B, and SUSD3 genes in more aggressive tumors [14,15,23]. The gene discussed is CBX2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
