In breast carcinoma, we showed the recurrent upregulation of the CBX2, CNTNAP2, S100A8, UBE2C, and WHSC1L1 genes as well as downregulation of the AZGP1, BTG2, DNALI1, LOC389033, NME5, PIP, SCUBE2, SERPINA11, STC2, STK32B, and SUSD3 genes in more aggressive tumors [14,15,23]. This evidence concerns the gene NME5 and breast carcinoma.
