Furthermore, combined treatment of bevacizumab with Pyk2 siRNA or PP1 significantly inhibited C6 glioma cells invasion when compared to bevacizumab treatment alone or bevacizumab plus siRNA control or vehicle control (Figure 6B and 6D), suggesting the involvement of Pyk2 phosphorylation in bevacizumab-induced C6 giloma cell invasion.
