Previous studies have revealed that LPA may enhance IL-8 expression through LPA1 in osteoblasts [34] and endothelial cells [35].LPA2 and 3 are critically involved in LPA-mediated IL-8 expression in cervical cancer cells [36] and in the LPA-mediated VEGF expression in ovarian cancer cells [37].
