The prognostic genes building relationships with each other mainly crossed TP53, STAT3, IGFBP2, and UBC. Of these four genes, TP53, STAT3, and IGFBP2 are very important regulators for cell growth, cell death, and survival, which suggested that this pathway plays important roles in long-term survival for the low-risk GBM patient group. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and glioblastoma.
