ALB and Jaundice: No difference was observed in relation to analyses on the following clinical and laboratory variables: age, gender, race, maximum axillary temperature, abdominal pain, diarrhea, Child-Pugh, jaundice, presence of encephalopathy, UGIB, death during hospitalization, hemoglobin, leukocytes, platelets, AST, ALT, GGT, ALP, albumin, total bilirubin, creatinine, sodium, glucose, proteins in the ascitic fluid and albumin in the ascitic fluid.
