SPAG5 and cervical cancer: Via gene profiling using a customized oligonucleotide microarray, we previously reported that SPAG5 was upregulated in PLNM-positive cervical cancer tissues compared with PLNM-negative tissues.2 In this study, we investigated 260 cervical cancer tissues and 147 adjacent noncancerous cervical epithelial tissues at protein level with IHC staining.
