While IQGAP3 expression in normal tissues was restricted to the colon, small intestine and testis, high levels of IQGAP3 mRNA were observed in a number of tumors including lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, renal cancer, gastric cancer, bladder cancer, colon cancer and leukemia (data not shown). This evidence concerns the gene IQGAP3 and urinary bladder cancer.
