SUPT16H and cancer: Interestingly, an analysis of gene expression data from the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia [92] suggest that higher expression of the FACT subunit, Suppressor of Ty Homolog 16 (SUPT16H) is more closely correlated with expression of the epithelial markers CDH1, CRB3, PKP3 and CDH3, and inversely correlated with the expression of the mesenchymal markers AXL, FN1, SNAI2, VIM, CDH2, TWIST1 and ZEB1 (Figure 2).
