By contrast, in colorectal cancer the p53 family was one of seven families whose ML skew (p53 most mutated) coincided with B-RafV600E mutations, while the adenomatous polyposis coli family (APC more mutated than APC2) had ML skews in colorectal cancers with either B-RafV600E or N-RasQ61K/R (figure 4b). This evidence concerns the gene PPIB and colorectal cancer.
