The p53 gene has a higher ML than p63 and p73 in most of the cancers in this lower cluster, namely acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL), bladder, colorectal, esophageal, glioblastoma, low-grade glioma, head-and-neck, chromophobe renal cell carcinoma, small cell lung carcinoma and lung squamous cancers (electronic supplementary material, figure S3; figure 3). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is glioblastoma.
