RBFOX3 and Alzheimer disease: Surprisingly, LPS administration induced a 1.92-fold increase in the number of NeuN/BrdU stained cells exclusively in 3xTg-AD mice (saline vs. LPS 3xTg-AD mice: p < 0.01) while it had no significant effect on WT mice (saline vs. LPS WT mice: p > 0.05).
