Serological tests for connective tissue diseases (rheumatoid factor RF, antinuclear antibodies ANA, anticentromere antibodies ACA, Sclero-70 Scl-70, antimitochondrial antibodies AMA, anti-smooth-muscle antibodies ASMA, IgM and IgG anticardiolipin antibodies aCL, and anti-β2-glycoprotein 1 antibodies β2GPI) and vasculitis (antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies ANCA c/p, antiphospholipid antibodies aPL, C1q antibodies, and anti-phosphatidylserine-prothrombin antibodies aPS-PT) were performed and excluded the major acquired thrombophilic disorders. This evidence concerns the gene F2 and connective tissue disorder.
