The aforementioned results indicated that, although total CRMP2 levels were differentially expressed in various tumors (increased expression in NSCLC and colorectal carcinoma tissue, and decreased expression in breast cancer) and had no association with clinical outcome, a common change in the levels of phosphorylated CRMP2 was observed in NSCLC and breast cancer. Here, DPYSL2 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
