Genes associated with ERG- and ETV1-binding sites (GREAT closest feature analysis (45)) were significantly enriched for up-regulation in PC tissue and androgen-regulation in vitro (Figure 2F), in contrast to genes near GABPα-binding sites which were enriched for genes up-regulated in CRPC and showed greater enrichment for AR binding in CRPC tissue than AR binding in PC cell lines (Supplementary Table S4 and Figure 3G). This evidence concerns the gene GABPA and pachyonychia congenita.
