CXCL10 and Stroke: These results are consistent with the rat model of ischemia characterized by Wang et al.[31] (Figure 3H), and the decrease of NK cells infiltration in ischemic brain after IP-10 depletion in vivo prompt us to compare relationship between IP-10 and NK cells when stroke occurs, suggesting that IP-10 expression induces NK cell infiltration following cerebral ischemia (Figure 3I,J).
