RBP4 and hydrops fetalis: Bioinformatics pathway analysis (Table 3) suggested that expression of genes involved in de novo lipogenesis and lipid storage (Me1, Fasn, Scd1 and Dgat2), inflammation (Ccl2, Tnfα) and retinol metabolism (Rbp4, Rdh11) were down-regulated in visceral adipose tissue of HF-fed pregnant, compared with HF non pregnant mice.
