Univariate survival analysis demonstrated that GI bleeding (P = 0.009), primary site (P = 0.001), tumor size (P = 0.022), mitotic index (P < 0.001), cellularity (P = 0.012), tumor rupture (P = 0.013), modified NIH risk stratification (P < 0.001), PTEN expression pattern (P = 0.036), and Ki-67 LI (P = 0.043) were all significant prognostic parameters for RFS.
