In an ErbB2 overexpressing breast cancer cell line, SKBR3, flotillin-1 and flotillin-2 partially colocalized with ErbB2 at the plasma membrane and formed a complex with ErbB2 and Hsp90 [76] which is an important factor for the stabilization of ErbB2 at the plasma membrane [87]. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast carcinoma.
