Within the experimental group, the expression level of AIM2 was positively correlated with the level of caspase-1, and the level of caspase-1 was positively correlated with the levels of IL-1β and IL-18, suggesting that the AIM2 inflammasome-caspase-1 inflammation signal transfer pathway may be active in HBV-GN. This evidence concerns the gene IL18 and ganglioneuroma.
