Specifically CYP1B1 (Figure 1a) and CYP3A5 (figure 1e) genes were significant upregulated in one tumor tissue (patients 4, and 7, respectively), while upregulation of CYP2E1 and CYP3A5 mRNAs were significant in 4 (patients 4, 5, 6 and 13), and 2 (patients 5 and 12) paired tumor samples, respectively (Figures 1b and Figure 1e). The gene discussed is CYP2E1; the disease is neoplasm.
