IM+HA+PCO (n = 112, 61%) and HA+PCO (n = 16, 69%) showed LH/FSH ratio of more than 2, which was significantly different compared to the controls, similar to the inferences by Al-Nakash and Al-Tae’e (21), but contrary to Cho et al. (16), who stated that LH/FSH ratio had limited use in the diagnosis of PCOS. The gene discussed is BRD2; the disease is polycystic ovary syndrome.
