ACE activity of the cardiovascular patients (hypertensive: 14.5±0.9 U/mL, HF - CRT before: 14.2±2.0 U/mL and HF - CRT after: 11.3±1.9 U/mL, Figure 6A) were significantly lower than that in healthy individuals (healthy: 33.6±1.7 U/mL, Figure 6A), most probably representing successful ACE inhibitory therapy. Here, ACE is linked to hydrops fetalis.
