ACHE and Parkinson disease: 15 of the 67 genes/proteins (ACHE, ATR, CX3CL1, FGFR1, GRIA1, L1CAM, MAPK8, MT1F, MT2A, PRDX2, RAB3A, RNF11, SNCA, SNCG and SPTAN1), have already been implicated in Parkinson's disease paradigm either as neuroprotective and therapeutic agents or as disease aggravating ones.
