15 of the 67 genes/proteins (ACHE, ATR, CX3CL1, FGFR1, GRIA1, L1CAM, MAPK8, MT1F, MT2A, PRDX2, RAB3A, RNF11, SNCA, SNCG and SPTAN1), have already been implicated in Parkinson's disease paradigm either as neuroprotective and therapeutic agents or as disease aggravating ones. This evidence concerns the gene MT1F and Parkinson disease.
