AKT1 and familial pancreatic carcinoma: Since dasatinib has been reported to decrease phosphorylation of SRC, FAK, and AKT in a concentration-dependent manner in either gemcitabine-sensitive (BxPC3) or gemcitabine-resistant (Panc-1) pancreatic cancer cells (38), we also determined the level of phospho-SRC in dasatinib/gemcitabine-treated cells.
