We focused further analyses on five differentially expressed genes (Adam9, Masp1, Rtn2, Tef, Ube2l3) in the mouse transcriptome datasets, which we selected for their differential expression between HFD-fed and CHD-fed mice, their leading role in enrichment of miR-125a gene targets, and their known role in the regulation of body weight, insulin signaling or inflammation. This evidence concerns the gene MASP1 and coronary artery disorder.
