JMJD6 and colon adenocarcinoma: Although JMJD6 expression was statistically not an independent risk factor for short survival time (95% CI, 0.862 to 3.272; p = 0.127), Cox regression analysis indicated that high JMJD6 expression is associated with a shorter survival time with a hazard ratio of 1.680 compared to a low JMJD6 expression (Table S5), suggesting that JMJD6 is of clinical significance in the diagnosis, staging, and prognosis of patients with colon adenocarcinomas.
