The BRAFmut/MSI cancers had substantially fewer MCRs than the MSS cohorts, however they did have a comparatively high proportion of cancers (≥20%) with focal deletions at 3p14.2 (FHIT), 16p13.3 (RBFOX1) and 20p12.1 (MACROD2) (Table S4C in File 1). The gene discussed is MACROD2; the disease is cancer.
