Representative examples of positive and negative staining of conventional advanced bladder carcinoma are shown in Figure 7A and B. Regarding the distribution of MTUS1 expression within different histopathological subtypes (divided into common urothelial carcinoma (UC), plasmocytoid UC (PUC) and micropapillary UC), a significant expression difference was found (p = 0.011). The gene discussed is MTUS1; the disease is urinary bladder carcinoma.
