TP53 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: Our results showed the positive rate of p53 protein is 46.8% in BCs, which was statistically correlated with tumor size and histological grade and its expression in the lymph node metastasis group was higher compared to that in the non-metastatic group, although the difference was not statistically significant, which was in agreement with the above viewpoints and the findings of a previous study (29).
