MASP2 and rheumatoid arthritis: Two haplotypes were associated with three times increased susceptibility to RA: *2A1 and *2B1-i, of which the last one is associated with intermediary MASP-2 levels (44/312 or 14.1% in the patients vs. 28/460 or 6.1% in the controls, binary logistic regression P = 0.004, Tables 2 and 3).
