Ectopic expression of ZEB2 in NL9980 or 95C cells significantly enhanced cell invasion (Figure 4D), however, silencing ZEB2 by siRNAs in L9981 cells resulted in decreased migration and invasion ability of the cells (Figure 4E, 4F), revealing its positive roles in the contribution of NSCLC cell migration and invasion. This evidence concerns the gene ZEB2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
